"Good sound makes listening to music an experience " - Concert recording at the renowned company "Raum&Klang" in Chemnitz with high-end microphones Made in Gefell

An essential requirement for good sound is perfect recording technology. This was also the case recently with a concert recording at the company "Raum&Klang" using high-end mics from Microtech Gefell. The supporting microphone in front of the acoustic 8-string guitar was a UM 92.1S large diaphragm tube microphone. The room microphones were an XY stereo arrangement of two M 300 microphones. The guitarist in the photo is Torsten Turinsky, technician Nic Hermann from Correlation Sound.

GearFest went very well, so concluded Managing Director of Sound-Link ProAudio Ltd., the UK MTG studio microphon partner. A special Highligt was the legendary CMV 563 - M 7 S, the original reissue of the vintage Gefell CMV 563 with the the typical warm, full-bodied sound of valve studio mics.
