Most flow meter suppliers recommend 10 to 40 x pipe diameter straight length piping before the inlet. No obstructions allowed! The Vögtlin d·flux multi-parameter mass flow meters do not need this. Due to the built-in flow conditioner, you can build 2 elbows in 2 different places directly in front of the d·flux without influencing the accuracy. Features: • Elbows/bends upstream of the instrument? Not a problem! • Advanced design removes any flow turbulence! • Space saving – no straight inlet

Flow ranges from 0-350 ln/min up to 1400 ln/min up to 14 bara and from -20 to +60°C. Advance communication, like Modbus, Profinet and EtherCAT, but also all common analog signals are available. You can download the free Vögtlin app for your phone or tablet and connect to the device via Bluetooth®. Program up to 15 different gases in 15 different profiles (pre-programmed applications). The d-flux is IP54, 316L and has BSPP 1" process connections.

trinamiX Multiple Single-Pixel detectors to detect multiple materials or gases with one detector

trinamiX patented thin film layer encapsulation allows up to 16 Single Pixels to be combined in a small space without the need for additional hermetically sealed packaging. These Multiple Single-Pixel detectors can be used to identify multiple materials or concentrations of multiple gases. Also, both PbS and PbSe sensors can be added to one Multiple Single-Pixel. This solution has proven to not only be smaller and lighter but also less expensive than a broadband spectrometer system.
