Recently, a leading manufacturer of automotive components contracted AT to install six more WeldCheck systems, each with four IRSX infrared cameras, in Hamburg, Germany. PbS and PbSe detectors with custom windows

Whenever IR detectors are exposed to UV rays, such as sunlight or high temperature flames, they are vulnerable to permanent damage. trinamiX TO detectors can now be equipped with germanium or silicon windows, cutting off those harmful rays. Also, an additional anti-reflection coating can significantly improve the transmission in relevant wavelengths.

trinamiX Multiple Single-Pixel detectors to detect multiple materials or gases with one detector

trinamiX patented thin film layer encapsulation allows up to 16 Single Pixels to be combined in a small space without the need for additional hermetically sealed packaging. These Multiple Single-Pixel detectors can be used to identify multiple materials or concentrations of multiple gases. Also, both PbS and PbSe sensors can be added to one Multiple Single-Pixel. This solution has proven to not only be smaller and lighter but also less expensive than a broadband spectrometer system.
