CETA Testsysteme GmbH has been a highly successful solution partner and manufacturer of physical test devices for more than 35 years. The test devices are used for industrial leak tests and flow measurements for 100% routine testing in the production line. Compressed air is used as the test medium. This test method is characterised by the fact that it can be reliably integrated into the automated assembly line.
Several thousand CETA test devices are used in many different fields of application (such as the automotive industry, plastics industry, packaging industry, medical technology) in production lines around the world.
CETA presents a new leak tester
CETA will be presenting its newest leak test device, the CETATEST 820, for the first time at KUTENO 2025. This high-quality and cost-effective leak tester is suitable for leak testing directly fillable products. With three available pressure ranges, usual test pressures in the industry between -1 bar and 10 bar can be covered.
It is operated via a 7” touchscreen and separate start/stop buttons. The internal memory enables the storage of 100,000 measurement results. With 64 individually parameterisable test programs, a large number of product variants can be tested.
The standard Ethernet interface and the optionally available Profinet protocol activation for external gateways enable the integration of the test device into automated production lines.
The test device is delivered as standard with a 3-year warranty (optionally extendable to 5 years) and with a DAkkS-accredited and internationally recognised calibration certificate (compliant with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) at no extra charge. The calibration fulfills the requirements of the international automotive standard IATF 16949.
The CETATEST 820 will be available in Q3 2025.

CETA supports the customer in all phases of their project: from checking the technical feasibility and selecting the right test technology to commissioning, maintenance and calibration of test devices.

KUTENO - Plastics Technology North - will take place for the first time at the Bad Salzuflen Exhibition Center from 13 to 15 May 2025 and is recognised as an important trade fair for the plastics processing industry.
