The ability to use MindManager Enterprise with existing systems is especially important because MindManager is so often used for critical business processes, such as project planning and management, process analysis, strategic planning, and knowledge management.
This new release improves task and resource synchronisation between MindManager Enterprise and Microsoft SharePoint, enabling greater project management efficiency.
Users will save a significant amount of time due to this new capability. Now, resources already identified in SharePoint can be selected within MindManager Enterprise, and resource information is synchronised, along with other task information (description, due dates).
This new release also enables the MindManager Enterprise Windows software to integrate with over 500 cloud-based applications through Zapier, a third-party service that provides a simple web interface to sync data between web applications. Users can continue structuring and organising their complex content in MindManager maps and send information to their favorite cloud software already in use (such as Trello, Jira, Basecamp and Asana) without any programming skills. MindManager is the first desktop software globally to integrate with Zapier’s web-based integration service.
