As part of a customer-specific project, the SpeedMarker 700 was modified to include an ergonomic solution for the laser processing of heavy workpieces.
An extendable, reinforced table enables manual loading outside the laser system and facilitates body- and back-friendly handling.
The motorised Y-axis automatically moves the table into the protected laser area (laser safety class 2) and back out again once engraving or marking is complete. This process is operated via a robust mushroom switch. Reducing physical strain on employees increases efficiency in the production process while maintaining quality and productivity.
