Georg Komornyik, 42, will head the division “Business Solutions” (Consulting, Business Processes, SAP, Technology, Software Development) as a Chief Operating Officer. Komornyik has been with S&T since 2006 and was responsible for the region Germany, Austria, Switzerland. He started his career as a CIO (Frantschach, Frequentis), worked for T-Systems and later for IDS Scheer as a Managing Director for Austria. Georg Komornyik’s top priority will be the expansion of the Consulting and Software business in all S&T’s markets.
Peter Sturz, 50, will manage the division “Infrastructure Solutions” (Hard and Software, Networks, Server/Storage/Security Solutions, Outsourcing Services) as a Chief Operating Officer. Sturz has been with S&T since 2007 successfully managing the Adriatic Region (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania). Sturz began his career at Allgemeine Bausparkasse as a member of the board responsible for Sales, Marketing and IT. Before joining S&T he was as member of the managing board of CSC-Austria with responsibilities for Austria and Central Europe. Peter Sturz strengthens S&T’s competitive edge specifically in complex IT-projects of customers from the financial services industry.
CEO Christian Rosner and CFO Martin Bergler remain members of S&T’s executive board. Rosner will focus on strategic projects, such as Verticalization and Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as on improving earnings.
