For a current project in the field of nutrition and weight management, TEQABLE needed plastic components in near-production quality on short notice. Together with priomold GmbH, this was achieved in record time—with a first mold produced in just one day.
From Inquiry to Complete Assembly
In the first step, the initial tooling insert was produced using the quick-tooling process—including functional injection-molded parts—in just one day. At the same time, the remaining tooling inserts for the other plastic parts were manufactured. As a result, a complete assembly consisting of housing parts, visible components, and a mechanical locking element was produced within a few working days.
The components met the highest standards for dimensional accuracy and surface quality and could be assembled directly into a fully functional module. TEQABLE thus presented its customer with results that were nearly ready for series production—a clear advantage for validation and the ongoing development process.
