In addition to tours of the production, assembly and office areas, the children and young people were also able to try out the training workshop for themselves and put their skills to the test. They milled, turned and drilled under the watchful eyes of the current trainees and trainers. It was particularly important for the training coordinator at the global manufacturer of positive displacement pumps to be able to offer the children and young people an insight into the day-to-day life of a trainee.
The NETZSCH VR world was also particularly popular. Equipped with VR goggles, visitors were able to immerse themselves in the world of NETZSCH products and experience them up close and interactively.
Food trucks also catered for visitors' physical well-being. The third edition of the Apprenticeship Day was once again a complete success!
