Schneider-Kreuznach presents the world’s first one-stop circular polarizer at the NAB Show in Las Vegas. It is the ideal solution for professional low-light shooting and considerably more effective than a linear polarizer. It minimizes undesirable glare and reflections while retaining full color saturation. The new polarizer is available in the popular sizes 4x4, 4x5.65 and 6.6x6.6, or custom-made.
In addition, Schneider-Kreuznach has expanded its Emmy® award-winning Platinum IRND filter line. These IRND filters limit the light striking the camera’s CCD or CMOS imager to the visible spectrum, reducing color distortions caused by invisible IR light. Previously available with 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8 and 2.1, the new addition now has 2.4 (8-stops). IRND filters are available in all standard video and cine formats.
Schneider’s 0.15 ND MPTV filter is making a comeback, joining the range of neutral density filters with 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8.
