SAP users now have an even simpler possibility to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of their business processes with the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) transponder technology. The autoID middleware You-R® OPEN version 3.4 for the implementation of contactless data exchange within a company or individual projects has been SAP-certified. “This way, all customers who are using an SAP system are guaranteed that the interface to You-R® OPEN is always compatible with the SAP architecture”, says Dominik Berger, Managing Director of the Graz-based RFID-technology company RF-iT Solutions GmbH, and adds: “The convergence of SAP business solutions and RFID applications is obvious as both aim at making the implementation of the entire business processes of companies faster, safer and free of errors.”
