As part of CHT’s ongoing endeavor to expand its range of environmentally friendly chemicals, CHT's silicone experts created a product intended for use in Personal Care application based on recycled monomers made from end-of-life silicone polymers.
With over 94 % recycled monomers, CHT-BeauSil™ RE-AMO 919 EM is a sugar-modified silicone that provides the same product quality as traditionally produced silicones. Shampoos, conditioners, and other water-based hair care products can all be formulated with the emulsion which contains extremely little cyclomethicone and is free from PEG-based surfactants and MIT. The product leaves a natural softness on the hair without weighing down and improves the combing and the look.

CHT-BeauSil™ WAX 018 is a high alkyl modified silicone wax, a stearylmethicone, with excellent film forming properties and a long-lasting effect for color cosmetics. The product can be utilized to boost silicone resins with excellent sensory qualities and is a perfect substitute for film formers based on acrylic.
