Etwa 35 % der jährlichen 142 t Goldproduktion Ghanas werden durch handwerkliche und kleine Bergbaubetriebe (ASM) produziert. Damit tragen sie wesentlich zum erwirtschafteten Nationaleinkommen Ghanas bei und sind ein wichtiger Faktor der Armutsbekämpfung und der nationalen Entwicklung.
A consortium of Beak Consultants GmbH, Germany, and Torkornoo and Associates Limited (TAL), Ghana, successfully completed the Dunkwa ASM exploration targeting project
