In addition to our locations in Germany, we are also represented by an office in Timișoara, Romania, located in the United Business Center. Your tasks:

• You will provide technical consulting and support for our customers’ SAP HANA systems, both on‑premise and in the cloud.
• You will perform detailed performance analyses and optimize SAP HANA databases to ensure maximum efficiency and stability.
• You will analyze incidents and errors within the SAP HANA environment and ensure their efficient resolution.
• You will create and maintain process documentation, optimize existing processes, and actively contribute to the continuous development of SAP HANA concepts.
• As a technical contact, you will support multiple key accounts across all SAP HANA topics and take responsibility for the ongoing development of customer relationships.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, along with solid hands‑on experience in SAP HANA administration, ideally in an IT hosting environment.
• You possess in‑depth knowledge of SAP HANA database operations as well as UNIX operating systems (AIX/Linux).
• You have experience supporting SAP ABAP and Java system landscapes and are familiar with ITIL processes.
• You stand out through a high level of customer orientation, strong analytical skills, and a structured, solution‑oriented way of working.
• You are resilient, communicative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
