Welcome Weronika and Maciej, who joined us recently and what can we say… we’re just excited to have you on board! 🎉🤝 Weronika joined us as a #BusinessAnalyst Manager. She leads our team of BAs, making sure their skills match client needs and supporting newcomers in their onboarding. She says she was positively surprised by the atmosphere in the company 😊, warmly welcomed and supported not only by her team, but also by other departments. The current challenge is getting to know all processes and structures, and she’s making steady progress 👌 Right now, her main focus is on communication skills 🗣️, team management 👥, learning the specifics of working with clients in the insurance industry, and working closely with #HR Maciej joined us as a #Controlling Expert, responsible for analysing actual results and preparing forecasts in the HR Group Controlling area. When asked what he has noticed and appreciates most at Convista Poland, he mentioned clear communication 💬, great teamwork 🤝, and plenty of opportunities to improve processes. 🚀 Signals or Observables? What's better in #Angular 16? If you're building with Angular 16, you've probably seen Signals popping up alongside your good old Observables from RxJS. But what's the real difference? 👉 Use Observables when handling async streams like HTTP calls, large datasets, and events. They require subscriptions and give you full control (but also responsibility - don't forget unsubscribe()!). 👉 Use Signals when you need lightweight state management, perfect for counters, forms, or sharing data between components. No subscriptions needed, no memory leaks, and everything is reactive by default. ✅ Good news? You don’t have to choose.
