In the standard version of the membrane the air flow rate is more than doubled. The high air flow version even achieves an again 2.5 times higher value. The advantages of the used ePTFE membrane e. g. resistance against UV, salt water, oils and grease is retained and make the VentPLUG suitable for roughest conditions including maritime environments.
Another novum is their space-saving design. WISKA has developed two especially flat pressure equalizations units in M 20 and M 40. They are ideally suited for electrical installations with limited space – e. g. in LED lighting modules. Furthermore the new units with their bigger thread sizes are made for the venting of big enclosures as for example in switch board constructions.
