The new Maximum customer orientation using innovative online technology

(PresseBox) (Bürmoos, ) Significantly more content, innovative technology, cutting-edge design and maximum user friendliness: that's how the new website of W&H Dentalwerk Bürmoos GmbH presents itself. According to Dr. Martina Banze, Marketing Director at W&H, "The project team was given completely free rein to develop its creativity and implement ideas. The only thing the team needed to bear in mind was that the new website had to be aligned entirely with the needs of customers and potential buyers and it had to focus on their requirements."

Around 1,300 customer requests in 1 website

The project began a year ago with a very ambitious venture: all over the world, customers and potential buyers of W&H were polled about their expectations of and their requirements for a dental website. Around 1,300 requests culled from the answers of almost 2,000 dentists, hygienists and employees in the dental sector were recorded and then implemented in the new website.

Among the highlights of the new website are:

- A comprehensive product area which provides detailed views using dynamic 360° animations, videos, technical data and much, much more - leaving no product questions unanswered.
- A highly efficient service area which offers considerably more than anything that has previously been found on the website of a dental manufacturer: a huge number of video tutorials, a download centre with documents in more than 30 languages, a reference section for all questions relating to products and applications, a fast search function for all accessories, a dedicated area for hygiene/care, and much more.
- Added to this is an up-to-the-minute newsroom. In addition to the most up-to-date information about W&H as a company and the dental industry as a whole, it also features a large number of reports and studies by users and institutes.

W&H's new high-tech platform means the best possible support for customers, potential buyers and partners going about their daily business. A combination of intuitive user-prompting and ultra-easy navigation with the addition of full-text searching with a suggestions list enables users to call up any content they desire as fast as possible.

Extremely easy contact options and no obligation requests for quotes

A further advantage of the new website is the ability to establish contact with the company quickly and directly. The website uses IP locating to identify which country a user is from and it then suggests the nearest W&H subsidiary as well as the nearest agent or service partner. This means that a time-consuming search for the right contacts is a thing of the past. An innovative "request for quote" module enables the visitor to send W&H a simple request for a no obligation quote for any product or accessory. This request is processed and answered within a very short time. - forward-looking and fully compatible with mobile devices

In addition to the requests of customers and potential buyers, the website picks up on cutting-edge online trends and puts them into practice. Usability and design experts were on hand to lend their support and expertise during the web project. This is illustrated by a perfectly structured page layout with an eye-catching colour scheme which quickly helps you to find your way around the website. Added to this are large, emotionally-appealing visual images which are even better at highlighting the advantages of products and applications. There is a mega menu with images which substantially simplifies navigation and makes every area of the new website accessible with one click. 3D features are also used to make products more tangible to the visitor.

It goes without saying that W&H's new Internet presence is compatible with Android mobile devices and Apple devices. Integration with social media channels (Facebook, YouTube) makes the new website simultaneously both the pivot and the linchpin of social online communication.

The revamped Internet presence will start with the three international W&H websites in German, English and Spanish. The site will be available in 13 languages by the end of the year in line with customers' wishes.
