Photovoltaics: TÜV Rheinland Launches New International Symposium for Module Technology

In cooperation with EnergieAgentur NRW, TÜV Rheinland would like to invite you to the first international PV Module Technology & Applications Forum in Cologne. With the comprehensive “All Quality Matters” concept, the industry event on January 29/30, 2018, will continue the long-standing tradition of the well-known Photovoltaic Module Technology Workshop. “As one of the leading industry events, our Module Technology Workshop has been following technical developments and trends in the markets since 1999. Now we are continuing this in an international context,” says Jörg Althaus, who is responsible for the solar business at TÜV Rheinland in Germany and chairman of the conference. The event at TÜV Rheinland will be held in German and English. Presentations and discussions will be interpreted simultaneously.

The schedule for the two-day conference will highlight changes and trends in production, module technology and solar energy markets worldwide. Other sessions on the agenda will address the development of test and measuring technologies, as well as storage systems. The PV Module Technology & Applications Forum is aimed at manufacturers, developers, planners, investors and decision-makers in the solar industry.
