Three-Tec introduces the following novelties in addition to its innovative and high-quality feeders, extruders and peripherals:
Micro-feeder ZD 5 FB i6000 with integrated load cells
The new gravimetric micro-feeding system with integrated load cells and the Siemens weighing electronics, installed in a small, seperate control box, is suitable for high-precision and continuous micro-feeding in the range of 0.003 - 0.8 dm3/h.
Hybrid laboratory extruder
Thanks to a void volume of only 1.2 cm3 with 5mm screw diameter, the parallel twin-screw Mini-Extruder Hybrid has a very low active ingredients consumption. It is therefore ideally suited for extrusion options in resource-saving miniature scale. Thanks to the universal use of heating and cooling parts, nozzle plates, pressure and temperature sensors, the device offers the flexibility to convert from 5 or 9mm to 9 or 12mm screw diameter in just a few minutes. The range of application is thereby significantly increased compared to conventional extruders.
Production line in high-containment box with 18mm twin screw extruder
The high-containment box with integrated feeding system, 18mm twin screw extruder, conveyor belt and granulator ensures that the process from mixing the powders to the finished granules takes place in a protected and controlled environment. This eliminates the need to set up a complete clean room because the drive technology and the scale are in the non-contaminated area and the lead-through is sealed.
Three-Tec also offers machines according to GMP, FDA, and / or ATEX standards upon request.
