Teraport’s presentation based on practical experience attracted considerable interest at the 5th Outsourcing User Forum

(PresseBox) (Leonberg, Germany, ) Teraport GmbH, a Company belonging to caatoosee AG, generated a considerable amount of interest with their presentation based on practical experience at the 5th Outsourcing User Forum. The forum, which was held in Frankfurt, was hosted and organized by Bitkom e.V. The presentation, which was presented jointly with our Client caverion GmbH, was delivered by Michael Grünschloß, Managing Director of Teraport GmbH and Michael Ziegler, Company Manager vested with the power of attorney at caverion GmbH. It clearly demonstrated that it is possible to implement complete IT outsourcing projects in small and medium-sized companies and in so doing achieve increased profits and benefits for both contract partners.

On a par with our Partners – Win-Win outsourcing in practice

"IT outsourcing is so much more than the mere contracting of individual services!" These were the introductory words of this presentation. At the same time, this is also the motto and the successful basis for the outsourcing of caverion GmbH’s entire IT operations to Teraport GmbH. In his speech Michael Grünschloß, Chairman of the Company Management of Teraport GmbH stated: "A win-win situation as the primary objective of an IT outsourcing contract often seems to be either illusory, or sometimes, from the Client’s point of view, not seen as being a primary objective as the Client’s priority is the achievement of cost reduction and concentration on his company’s core processes". It was precisely these very factors which would enable the Client to benefit from this so-called double win situation that Mr. Ziegler and Mr. Grünschloß presented to their high-caliber audience at the 5th Outsourcing User Forum. The presentation generated a considerable amount of interest in this topic from the representatives of small and medium-sized companies present.
