Tentamus Group today announced that it has acquired a majority stake in the leading analytical testing services company to pharmaceutical companies, Megsan Labs (in Hyderabad, India). The acquisition is part of Tentamus’ plan to broaden its portfolio of services that support pharmaceutical and biotech customers globally and expand across India with additional investments in food and agriculture services companies.
The acquisition brings complementary, value-added and differentiated analytical, testing and development services for all stages of drug development and commercialization. The expanded service platform will enable Tentamus Pharma to collaborate earlier with customers to support their complex drug formulations and delivery requirements as they face increasingly competitive and regulated markets.
