Industrial-grade and configurable CPU
As standard, the two panel PCs are equipped with an Intel® Celeron® 6305E CPU, which can optionally be replaced by an Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4E processor for even more performance. The CPU is supported by up to 32GB DDR4 RAM and an up to 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD. Thanks to the temperature range from 0°C to +50°C, an IP65 certified display and a robust, passively cooled metal housing, the SQUARE 18 and SQUARE 21 have definitely earned the name industrial PC.
2x DisplayPort for 8K resolution and LCD display
The highlight of the SQUARE models is of course the eponymous 10-point multi-touch LCD display. The 18.5” version has a resolution of 1366 x 768 (WXGA) and the 21.5” version has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (Full HD). Thanks to the integrated Intel® UHD graphics unit and two DisplayPort 1.4, two screens can be controlled and content can be played in a resolution of 7680 x 4320 @ 60Hz - i.e. 8K.
Optional equipment and connections for the PoS
As usual with our industrial PCs, the SQUARE 18 and 21 can also be optionally equipped with Windows 11 Professional and Windows 10 IoT. There is also the option for WiFi. The panel PCs are equipped with a wide variety of connections. In addition to a Gigabit and a 2.5 Gbps LAN port, this also includes four USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 ports and two COM RS232/422/485. The latter enable the connection of external peripherals and thus also use at the point of sale.
