In many law firms it is still common practice to first print the documents, then have them signed by the client, rescanned and deposited with the client. In order to eliminate this time-consuming and labor-intensive system break, DATEV has recently been offering digital signatures and document filing to tax accountants.
For this, the tax law firms exclusively use the software DIGISign, which is used together with the signature pad signotec SIGMA and the signoAPI for the PDF signature of documents.
