Sierra Wireless (NASDAQ: SWIR - TSX: SW)announced today they have completed an agreement to purchase the assets of Junxion, Inc. effective immediately.
Based in Seattle, Junxion is a privately held company that delivers managed 3G wireless router solutions for enterprise and government customers.
Junxion's platform provides reliable and secure real-time data access for mission-critical applications anywhere cellular connectivity is available.

Junxion products and technology will be integrated into the Mobile & M2M group at Sierra Wireless. Sierra Wireless will continue to support existing Junxion products and customers and work with existing Junxion partners to deliver compelling products and services.
