Available in ambient and cold store versions, H150 operates smoothly in temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 45℃ and is customizable for dust and explosion protection. Optimized battery configuration allows for an optimal device uptime up to 8 hours, which combined with opportunity charge enables the system to run 24/7 non-stop. Real-time visualization and management of the fleet is achieved using ZSmart plaftform, ZS Robotics’ proprietary fleet manager co-developed by the brand and Shanghai Jiaotong University.
As the Pallet AS/RS Expert, ZS Robotics distinguishes its product and service offerings by highlighting safety designs. H150 is no exception. Equipped with sensors in four directions, the four-way shuttle is autonomous in its movements and advanced pallet sensing ensures the precision of pallet placement, thus preventing falls and major accidents. Aside from its mechanical-only design, the shuttle also encompasses a design of safety stoppers which lock with pallet carried for multi-safeguard. ZS Robotics is also the first pallet AS/RS brand to introduce the design of an auto-latching safe charging enclosure.
