No summer break at Rapid-: RapidMiner 4.5 released
In version 4.5, you will find a new scripting tool as well as many new operators giving you more options for your data integration and analysis processes. The new Script operator allows for arbitrary user defined operations based on Groovy script combined with a simplified RapidMiner syntax. Besides many new operators RapidMiner 4.5 includes a lot of improved old operators. For instance the join operator has added options for left and right outer joins. Despite these massive extensions, the access times of the software and the memory footprint were further improved.
Like in the previous version, RapidMiner is available in different editions. User can choose between the freely available Community Edition of RapidMiner, several Enterprise Editions, and a Developer Edition, which is an OEM edition for open and closed source software developers and integrators.
