At IFAT ProMinent is presenting its new metering stations DULCODOS® in several variants at IFAT 2014, in hall A3, stand 431. The specifications were selected so that the new metering stations DULCODOS® are particularly well suited to high-precision metering of chemicals and additives.
At the heart of these stations lies a motor-driven metering pump Sigma. Sigma metering pumps are especially reliable, display an accuracy of more than 2 percent and can meter depending on volume and measured value with either time- or pulse-based control, making them highly versatile.
It goes without saying that the new metering stations DULCODOS® can be adapted to the individual purpose. The uniform modular structure using standard components makes this possible, while also cutting delivery times, including those of spare parts, and limiting costs. Various materials can be used for the pipes and parts of the pumps that come into contact with media.
Basic version or the full works
Even the basic version offers great convenience features, such as overflow and non-return valves as well as a flushing connector to clean the entire station when the chemicals are changed. The add-ons available, such as pulsation damper, manometer and splash guard, are included in the fully equipped "Full Feature" version as standard. This version also includes a control system variant of the Sigma pump with programmable metering profiles, removable control unit and scope for connecting to a process control system.
