With effect from January 16th, 2013, Wolfgang Kroh (59) is appointed as new Chief Executive Officer of Orga Systems GmbH, Germany, a leading software systems vendor with an international customer base in telecommunications. Wolfgang Kroh succeeds Ramez Younan who decided to leave the company in order to pursue other interests after having successfully developed the company over the past three years driving healthy growth, global customer and territory expansion, entrance into new strategic industries, and expanding Orga Systems offerings making it one of the leading globally recognized billing and customer experience players. The Executive Board of Orga Systems consists of Wolfgang Kroh and Johannes Nussbickel (CFO) who joined the Company in 2011.
