Orga Systems’ Virtual Voucher solution is a cheaper, more convenient and more secure way of allowing prepaid subscribers to top-up their mobile credit that requires neither expensive point-of-sale (POS) equipment to be installed nor scratch cards.
Claro is using the solution to expand its distribution base into new rural territories for the first time as well as to target new customer segments with great success.
Customers can use cash to pay for top-ups, which is then securely delivered via USSD/SMS using the mobile handset as a POS device. An easy to use, web-based GUI provides comprehensive reporting functions, while the reload values are freely configurable, enabling Claro to offer customized top-up amounts for specific target groups.
