With 30 % growth, online print shop is among winners of the printing industry

For Walter Meyer, CEO of Onlineprinters GmbH, increasing demand goes hand in hand with investments: Nine million Euros in 2010 and an additional seven million Euros in 2011 were invested at the company headquarters in the Franconian town of Neustadt an der Aisch to serve the growing European demand for high-quality printed products. To create space, the business premises were nearly doubled at the end of 2010 to reach 40,000 square metres. The production is certified according to ProcessStandard Offset (PSO) and comprises more than 85 printing units. New state-of-the-art 8-colour offset printing machines, processing machines for UV inks and XXL digital printing machines increase output and efficiency while reducing the consumption of resources and costs. "We see ourselves as a strong partner in the complex world of printing. For example, we act as one-stop print partner for agencies, offering everything that is needed for a successful trade fair presentation - stand, product displays, flyers, business cards and brochures. This product service is very well received by our customers", Meyer is pleased to comment on the comprehensive range of printed products in the online shop.
Employees, service, prices and certified quality are the pillars of success
High printing quality, short delivery times and the attractive price-performance ratio compared to conventional print shops are in Walter Meyer's opinion the reasons for the rapid increase in customers. Each month, around 6,000 new customers from all over Europe visit the English website www.onlineprinters.com and the country shops of Onlineprinters to shop online. "Certifications are the basis for a responsible corporate policy: "For the sake of consumer protection, we had our online shop certified according to the international quality labels Trusted Shops, the TÜV Süd sa@fer-shopping label and the Geprüfter Online-Shop (EHI) label as a proof of secure and customer-friendly shopping. All customers should be able to shop safely and conveniently in the online shop", Meyer concludes. The telephone support to foreign customers plays a major role in this context.
