It security company Omada continues international success. In May 2015 the company received foreign investment of USD24 million and this week they were awarded the prize for most innovative security product within identity and access control.
The German IT Security Awards 2015 were presented at the IT Security Expo it-sa in Nuremberg on October 6. Omada won first prize for the Omada Identity Suite. Trade magazine IT-Security presented the award to Omada for the following reasons:
-We see this award as a recognition to the work and the value we deliver to our many German customers. Our business in Germany is growing significantly, and I see this award not least as an acknowledgement of the great effort our German colleagues have done to improve awareness to our solution and the value it creates in the German markets, says CEO Morten Boel Sigurdsson.

- The solution lowers risk of loss and misuse of sensitive and business critical data e.g. Patents and know-how
- The solution eases the burden of documentation and compliance in IT audits
