Christoph Böckle has stepped down from the company at his own request. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Hiroyuki Sato, thanked Mr Böckle for his hard work over the years and wishes him all the best for his private and business future.
Christoph Böckle's successor is Mr Jürgen Ender, who brings with him a breadth of experience, particularly in billing and instalment purchasing, and who will continue to expand these segments even further. Mr Ender has not only many years of banking experience but also international experience. The Supervisory Board and the staff look forward to a good working relationship and a continuing successful future.
