LogiPack enables the automatic and precise insertion of invoices or personalised documents into shipping cartons. Thanks to its flexible configurability, it can be seamlessly integrated into existing conveyor systems and expanded as required. With an impressive throughput rate of up to 2,200 cartons per hour, the LogiPack guarantees a high level of processing reliability and availability.
Before a carton arrives at the LogiPack, its ID is recorded. The variable data is produced by the integrated digital printer in real time. Subsequent processing steps such as collating, folding or stapling take place immediately so that the document set is ready for dispatch. Multiple integrated code comparisons between document, carton and contents ensure that errors are excluded.
