The leading manufacturer in the field of standard parts for tool and mould making has been shaping steel for more than 45 years and stands for top-quality products and excellent service. The air-cushioned assembly table substantially facilitates operations in repair and assembly work on injection moulding, die casting and punching tools. Last year, the specially designed table was upgraded and CE certified.

The innovative assembly table H 4062 by Meusburger facilitates operations in repair and assembly work on tools. The principle behind it is both simple and ingenious: by way of many air nozzles, an air cushion is created on the underside of the moveable plate supports. This enables light and easy movement of the mould halves. Both mould halves are freely accessible without having to reposition or turn them around, enabling efficient operating. Due to its sturdy design, the table will withstand even strong impacts and loads of up to 3,000 kg. In addition, this in-house development provides greater safety for your workers and protects your valuable tools from damage. As a result, time and costs can be saved throughout the whole production process.

Since March 2013, this innovation is available with a larger table surface providing twice as much space for moving the mould halves. The air-cushioned assembly table H 4062 is supplied in a complete set including a stand, a tool cabinet and a range of accessories.
