Vision 4.0 for public transport – “The next step in the evolution of sight”

At busworld 2017, we present a completely new way to monitor field-of-view using an electronic system created especially for the bus sector.
Our innovative Vision 4.0 is a mirror replacement system in which mirrors on a vehicle are completely replaced by HDR cameras and monitors. The corresponding viewing areas are displayed on a monitor located inside the driver’s cab. The driver also has the option to choose between different camera views and to display additional information in the monitor. The sensitive cameras also improve night vision and considerably reduce the glare effect of direct sunlight.
The new system assists the driver in handling the vehicle and complies with all European guidelines for buses and thus represents an electronic concept for all European countries.
