The Munich based surgical robotics startup Medineering is official partner of the 3rd European ENT Symposium hosted by Ludwig Maximilian University Munich. The Symposium will take place from November 09 to 10, 2017 at the Brainlab Headquarters.
“We are very excited that leading surgeons will present their experiences with our Endoscope Guidance System, which is intended to support surgeons during transnasal interventions*” said Dr. Maximilian Krinninger, CTO of Medineering. Dr. Francesco Doglietto, Assistant Professor in Neurosurgery of the University of Brescia, will present his evaluation of the Medineering system at the symposium. Moreover, Medineering adapted its Endoscope Guidance System and realized a prototype for endoscopic ear surgery. The results of testing this prototype will be presented by Professor Omid Majdani, Head of the ENT-Department of the Hospital of Wolfsburg, who initiated the realization of the prototype.
