1 PTL 201 - Compact Pneumatically Driven Lubrication Pump - New Version 2008
For the continuous lubrication of small pneumatically operated machines

The PTL 201 pneumatically driven lubrication pump is especially designed to minimize friction and reduce wear on pneumatically operated machines used in all industries. The PTL 201 offers the ideal solution for the automated central lubrication of machines that are otherwise cumbersome to lubricate by hand. In addition, for machines with small lubricant requirements, it provides an economical alternative to larger pneumatic pumps. The small quantities of lubricant are adjustable starting at 0.14 cm³/min. The maximum output is 8.4 cm³/min.

The PTL 201 is very compact (length 183mm x width 80mm x height 80mm - plus the dimensions of the cartridge) and can therefore be installed on almost all machine types - even on those small machine series where there just doesn't seem to be any space.

The pump is driven by the pneumatic system of the machine. The PTL 201 enables a continuous lubricant supply with small quantities while the machine is operating.

An optional integrated supply air-throttle enables the required amount of lubricant to be adjusted to suit the size of machine. The supply air-throttle enables a setting of only 1 cycle per minute with an output of 0.14 cm³ of lubricant - or the factory setting of 2.8 cm³. At a setting of 0.14 cm³, and dependent on operating times, a 150g cartridge lasts 3-4 days at which point it is simply exchanged. The PTL 201 uses 150g or 310g cartridges that are filled with greases up to NLGI class 2. With the appropriate adapter, 400g and 500g cartridges can also be used. In addition, a transparent, refillable oil reservoir is also available.

Automatic Air Driven Grease Gun Model 1162

Lincoln's new 1162 is a fully automatic compressed air driven grease gun that is distinguished by its ergonomic design, sturdy construction and it is exceptionally equipped.

The automatic 1162 grease gun was developed for manual lubrication tasks requiring NLGI # 2 grease. The 1162 can be used all over where compressed air is available. Its high output performance makes it even suitable for filling tasks.

Features
- Self-reversing
The grease gun delivers continuously with just a pull of the trigger.

- Variable Output
A special feature of the 1162 is its trigger that incorporates a throttle for the infinitely adjustable speed. This gives you absolute control over the output.
Completely pull the trigger for high performance or slightly depress it for controlled lubrication.

- Improved Priming
A newly designed pump head drastically improves the priming and suction of the grease gun. Insufficient suction caused by air pockets - which has typically been a problem with air driven grease guns - is avoided.

Standard Equipment
- Long 760 mm high-pressure hose with kink-resistant guard and hydraulic coupler
- Combined filling and venting valve
- For standard 400 g cartridges or filling from a drum

Ergonomic Design
- Anti-slip handle grip
- Hook for shoulder strap (optional, Model #1414)
- Bracket for hose and coupler
- The check valve is easily accessible. Service and cleaning of the unit are easy to perform
