Laudert certified as "Enterprise Solution Partner" of WERK II

6 certified priint:suite experts and the new microsite are testament to the high demand of print publishing projects in media IT service

(PresseBox) (Vreden, ) The implementation of a print publishing tool is often the key to an automated production of print media from existing data sources. Priint:suite and Web2Print have established themselves as all-round solutions for database publishing.

Laudert has as a media service provider, been linking expertise in media production and media-IT features with years of project experience in the integration of databases in print workflows. Basis for these projects is in addition to the know-how of Adobe InDesign client connection and Adobe InDesign Server architecture with the comprehensive interface competence as well as national and international experience in the use of priint:suite in print preparation projects. These references include both manufacturing companies and multi-channel retailer such as Grundfos, Jack Wolfskin, Toys "R" Us or Woolworth and service companies, such as the German Society for Quality.

Following a comprehensive training program, the media IT service provider, was honoured with the highest level of certification by WERK II as "Enterprise Solution Partner". A total of six long term members of the 60-member Media IT teams who were familiar with priint:suite, and could be via intensive training in July certified for the priint:suite version 4. "Laudert has had a profound interface expertise and has already realised various print publishing projects successfully over many years. We are pleased that this experience as of now is also by the status "Enterprise Solution Partner" occupied ", Horst Huber, Manager WERK II and expert for the optimisation of publishing processes in the cross-channel communication, stated on the first presentation of this status.

When linking data sources you are completely flexible. These can be a PIM system such as the Informatica (heiler) or hybris. But also a CMS system like TYPO3, a direct database connection or a simple Excel spreadsheet can be used as a data source. It is also fully automatic, with direct creation of PDF documents without the need to first build this in Adobe InDesign.

Priint:comet is the component used, for example, in the LaudertMediaPort® projects. Based on pre-defined templates, the structure of entire catalogues or price lists of can be partially individual or even fully automated. The contents constructed InDesign used in the document are linked via so-called placeholders with the data source. So at all times is ensured that the document to be printed corresponds to the latest update.

"Our project experience shows that the potential savings in terms of production time and costs in part is significant, in addition, there are improvements in production safety and quality. This potential still lies dormant in many companies and is now being recognised by decision makers more and more, "says managing partner Jörg Rewer pleased about current developments in the market. "That the print publishing projects have a very high priority for us is also reflected in the launch of our new website"
