Fiber-coupled High Power Laser Diodes at 635-690 nm

Experience the Red Wonder

(PresseBox) (Olching, ) Ten mW to 2.8 W from a fiber, and all at wavelengths from 635-690 nm! Very few laser diode manufacturers have been able to obtain this kind of optical power from a pigtailed, redemitting laser diode.

Our partner, BWT Beijing, Inc. is one of these few! Their secret lies in an unrivalled alignment of the 3 µm to 375 µm fibers. This precise alignment allows for a maximum in optical and electronic performance.

Additional properties make these high power laser diodes attractive for your application:

- Longterm stability
- Excellent coupling efficiency
- Best beam performance

In addition, the robust metal housings are equipped with a thermoelectric cooler, a thermistor, and a photodiode, depending on the model. With these features, the components are ideally suited for use in medical technology, material processing, illumination technology, and laser pumping applications.

To connect and use these fibers in your system, the fiber ends can be equipped with an FC, ST, or SMA connector upon request.
