LAP and BST eltromat enter into cooperation in the field of laser systems for the tire manufacturing industry

LAP expands sales channels for its successful laser positioning system "LAP SERVOLASER tireXpert"

(PresseBox) (Lüneburg, ) LAP has entered into a sales cooperation with the company BST eltromat International. Through its cooperation with BST eltromat, the laser specialist LAP will be expanding the sales channels for its high-precision, servo-driven laser systems “LAP SERVOLASER tireXpert” in the tire industry. BST eltromat manufactures quality assurance systems for the web-processing industry. In order to meet growing customer requirements with regard to continuously increasing quality demands, BST eltromat will be using laser positioning systems from LAP in the future.

The SERVOLASER tireXpert laser positioning systems from LAP are going to be integrated into tire building machines and are crucial for quality assurance in tire manufacturing. They allow machine operators to control the position of the individual layers of the tire structure on a visual level using precisely projected laser lines. The servo-driven laser systems have movable laser modules, which can be positioned independently of one another. Thanks to a traversing speed of 1,000 mm/sec, enormous time savings can be achieved. In addition, tire manufacturers benefit from the reliability and durability of precision laser technology.
