KGS Software GmbH, one of the fastest-growing providers of data management, archiving, and enterprise AI in the SAP ecosystem, is expanding its leadership team: effective October 15, 2026, Dirk Kruse strengthens the company's management and, together with CEO Winfried Althaus, will lead kgs through its next phase of growth and international expansion.
Since June 2026, Volpi Capital has held a majority stake in kgs and, together with management, has been driving the international scaling of the tia® platform. With Dirk Kruse, kgs gains a recognized SAP expert who combines 25 years of experience across the SAP ecosystem, particularly SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE, with extensive international sales and go-to-market experience. He will drive the strategic development of tia® as an intelligent data and document architecture for enterprise generative AI. The coming months will focus on accelerating growth in the D/A/CH region, expanding into international markets and positioning tia® as trusted infrastructure for enterprise AI.
