Big news from Itworks!

Hall: 4, Stand number: A04 - With the aim of providing customers with cutting edge solutions, Itworks has leveraged the evolution of artificial intelligence to develop vo-CE brAIn, a new ecosystem of products, services and technologies designed to allow data analysis through Machine Learning. As a result, the warehouse management will have a complete and precise picture of the operational flow based on the real-time position of the devices.

Unlike a Real Time Locating System, vo-CE brAIn makes use of the existing hardware architecture to track the devices with vo-CE being the only tool running in the device to serve the purpose.

• The vo-CE brAIn ecosystem, allows to achieve different objectives, such as:
• Real-time identification of the area where the operator is located
• Analysis of the routes completed during picking operations
• Statistics of the areas frequented in a given time interval
• Identification of the area where the device was last connected to the system
• Heat map of the operators’ aggregation inside the warehouse

Knowing the device position makes it possible to limit the check digit confirmation to location area only. This way it is possible to avoid the periodic update of the check digits or the change of the location of the frequently picked goods.

At the end of the project, the supervisor will be provided with a dashboard to consult the collected data and have real-time feedback on the warehouse operations of his interest.
