ISO Software Systeme integrates the EuroContactPool business database in SAP ERP, thus allowing online access to more than 26 million business records in 16 countries.
Enhancing business information online
The ISO Solution Marble Content is directly embedded in SAP standard transactions for master data creation and editing. Whenever new customers or vendors are created or changed in SAP, their business data will be matched with EuroContactPool, to ensure that the correct and complete information is added to the master data record. It is also possible to enrich datafields like VAT number, branchcode, legal company address and more.
This saves time and money for the user and removes the risk of errors caused by incorrect input. The integration is available for vendors and customers from release ECC 6.0 on.
Push Service
Existing master records that were matched in the dialog will be updated automatically by a push service. If EuroContactPool changes a record, the updated information will automatically be pushed to your SAP System: your master data is updated, the maintenance effort is reduced and changes are safely stored in SAP. For modifications, an editing monitor is also provided in SAP. You can customize manual or automatic processing at field level. The processing documents offer the users subsequent examination and traceability.
