Kodima is an export-driven company that is specialized in the business fields of stamping press die of automotive parts, and improvement of BIW Quality, SE (Simultaneous Engineering).

30 engineers out of our employees are experienced staffs from Hyundia Motors and Tier-1 suppliers.

We have differentiated technologies in the field of Automotive body design, stamping die development and production planning, especially we have got recognized in the field of stamping die development by major automotive companies like Nissan, PSA, Ford, Fiat and many others.

On top we conduct SE activities in new car projects by Nissan Motors in Japan, Brilliance Auto, Guangzhou Auto, Geely Auto and Chery Auto in China with excellent results.

We conduct business with global automotive companies by direct-marketing networks. Selected agencies (America, China, India and Europe) are under contract.

For your reference, we have a strong confidence, that the development of technology in the area of auto-components in Korea is leading to a world-class level. Production costs are also in favorable condition even comparing with other advanced companies.

Kodima desires partner companies that are available to make business tie-up (Joint Venture), M&A,transferring technological skills or Green-field in Busan with joint investment

i. M&A or Joint-Venture with the company which has new production technology.

ii. M&A or Joint-Venture with the auto-components distribution company (MRO, cross-border trade)

iii. Joint-Venture with the company which tries to expand business into Korea (Busan) as a Green-Field project

iv. Expanding business of existing stamping die business with new agency (company) which is specialized in automotive stamping dies and components.
