Pierre-Antoine Vacheron will be responsible for development of online payments, a business spanning the resources of GlobalCollect and Ogone. In his new role, he will be in charge of worldwide deployment of that business, supported by Ingenico Group's network and presence in all world regions. This change will enable Ingenico Group to step up its growth and transformation. Nathalie Lomon has shown energetic commitment and professionalism for the past five years. In her new role, she will help strengthen our strategy for achieving profitable growth."

Born in 1965, Pierre-Antoine Vacheron has built up extensive experience in operational and financial management at global companies. In January 2015, he was appointed EVP Strategy, Performance & Finance at Ingenico Group, which he joined in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer, before moving on to head the Europe-SEPA region in 2011. In the course of his career, Mr. Vacheron has worked for such major global companies as Airbus and Alstom Marine. He is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration.

Born in 1971, Nathalie Lomon has accumulated considerable finance and audit experience at global companies. She was named EVP Finance at Ingenico Group in January 2015.
