AMD based industrial ATX server board

AMD makes its way into single-board products from ICP Deutschland. With the IMBAX-SP6, ICP offers an industrial ATX mainboard that has been specially developed for server applications. The IMBAX-SP6 supports AMD EPYC SP6 processors with Zen 4 or Zen 4C microarchitecture and enables the use of up to 4 Core Complex Dies (CCDs) with up to 64 CPU cores and 128 threads as well as a Thermal Design Power (TDP) of 70 to 225 watts. Up to 576 GB DDR5 ECC RAM can be installed in six DIMM slots. A total of six PCIe slots are available for expansions, including three PCI Express x16 slots, one of which is Gen5 and two Gen4, as well as three Gen4 x8 slots. The motherboard also offers four M.2 2242/2280 slots with M-Key and NVMe support. In terms of connectivity, the IMBAX-SP6 has four 2.5G Ethernet interfaces with Intel I225-LM/I226-LM controllers, eight SATA 6Gb/s ports for storage media, four USB 3.2 and two USB 2.0 ports as well as an RS-232 console with RJ45 connector. A slot for an optional TPM module and three 4-pin fan connectors are also available. The IMBAX-SP6 is designed for industrial use, has long-term availability and supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 °C. ICP Germany supplies the IMBAX-SP6 on request as a pre-configured system with matching CPU and memory or as a ready-to-use solution in a 19” rack or midi tower housing.
