At this year's K Show in Düsseldorf, the traditional company based in Sankt Augustin near Bonn will present a new metering machine called HIGHLINE, which ranks directly below the well-proven TOPLINE series. The second new development that will be introduced by the PU specialist is a new continuously producing slabstock line with incredibly compact dimensions.

Due to consistent standardization and a strictly modularized system with simple requirements, the company comes up with a new definition of price/performance ratio. Moreover, the HIGHLINE's compact design is very space-saving and economical.
Producing continuously
At the K Show, Hennecke GmbH will present a newly developed, continuously producing slabstock line. The focus will be on slabstock manufacturers that do not need the high production output of Hennecke's proven continuous MULTIFLEX slabstock line. For example, when it comes to producing mattresses and seating furniture. The fundamental redesign of the infeed section within the patented pouring and reaction zone enables the new system to produce foam continuously with extremely compact dimensions. In its standard configuration, the new line is less than 10 metres long. Despite this small size, foam blocks with a width of over 2 metres can be produced without any problems. The production speed is approximately one metre per minute. Considering the low investment cost, the plant is also attractive to PU processors who want to change from discontinuous to continuous production.
