For the fifth time in a row, the magazine FOCUS awards Hager Unternehmensberatung as a top personnel service provider

In the current issue (May/June 2018) of the career guide of FOCUS Business, Hager Unternehmensberatung was once again awarded - for the fifth time in a row - as a top personnel service provider in the fields of 'Executive Search' and 'Professional Search' in Germany.

Ralf Hager, founder and managing director of Hager Unternehmensberatung, on the result: "After we were recently awarded the grades "IT, Digitisation and Media" and "Consulting, Professional Services" by the also renowned magazine WirtschaftsWoche in December 2017 for the best industry professionals in Germany with excellent grades, I am all the more pleased that our customers again voted us among the best personnel service providers in the career guide of FOCUS-BUSINESS".

The numerous awards are no coincidence, they reflect the high-quality standard of Hager Unternehmensberatung. The company offers professionalism and competence to the extent that clients and candidates always want. For the more than 90 employees of Hager Unternehmensberatung, it is a permanent goal to meet these demands.

The FOCUS-Business award is based on a study conducted jointly with the experts from Statista with more than 2,400 HR managers from various companies and over 3,400 candidates who were identified via XING over a period of six weeks and invited to participate in the online survey. The prerequisite for participation was that the personnel managers had gained relevant experience with personnel service providers over the past three years. The evaluation was carried out for those responsible for human resources in four categories: Quality and selection of the candidate profiles offered, service quality (handling, communication, processes), price-performance ratio and also the speed of placement (duration from the assignment to the submission of suitable candidate profiles). The candidates were able to assess the quality and selection of the positions offered, the respective arrangement and communication during and after the placement initiative as well as the quality of service in the placement process.

Only those who were convincing in all categories and received a minimum number of good or very good ratings as well as a minimum proportion of referrals were included in the group of 'Top Personnel Service Provider 2018'.
