Together with the Cologne-based analysis institute ServiceValue GmbH, WELT once again confirmed in its study: Flottweg SE from Vilsbiburg is one of Germany’s best employers in 2021 and is particularly popular in the Landshut region. In the nationwide survey, around 800,000 citizens evaluated the image of various companies from the areas of service, trade and industry.
The compatibility of family and career, a good work-life balance, a variety of company benefits and a flexible working time model – all of these benefits are very popular among the around 1,000 employees, of whom around 800 work at the Vilsbiburg site. At the same time, these factors also influence Flottweg’s high attractiveness and positive perception in the Landshut region. Other aspects such as the many years of employment with the company and a low fluctuation rate also highlight Flottweg's positive reputation among its employees.
This has now been confirmed once again by the independent seal of quality "Germany's Best Employer" - Flottweg was already able to convince respondents back in 2020. The study "Germany's Best Employers" consists of a large number of surveys, which are conducted in succession. Here, citizens rate the attractiveness and image of companies as employers throughout Germany. It serves as independent proof of quality and helps to positively increase awareness of the companies involved.
