Ex Libris(TM) Group is excited to announce that it has created two new blogs: Initiatives and Commentary. The Ex Libris Initiatives blog (previously known as the bX blog) provides updates and information about new Ex Libris programs and activities, with topics ranging from the soon to be launched bX usage-based scholarly article recommender service, to the Ex Libris Unified Resource Management (URM) framework-the Company's next-generation framework for library services. Complementing this blog is the Ex Libris Commentary blog, written by Carl Grant, president of Ex Libris North America. Building on his many years of leadership in the library automation community, Carl Grant offers his views on the market and on librarianship in general.
Postings to both blogs will also be made available via Twitter, along with news and announcements from Ex Libris offices around the world.
